Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.

Order Refusal After Preparation

If the customer refuses to receive the order after it has been prepared, no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

• If the order is canceled before preparation begins, a full refund will be issued.
• If some items in the order have not yet been prepared, those items will be canceled, and their cost will be refunded.
• If all items in the order have been prepared, no refund will be issued.
